# Co-Living Financing 101: Connect With Lenders

This section is especially useful for users who are new to co-living investing or are looking for financing options for their next property.


## Accessing the Finance Section
Navigate to the **Finance** tab to access financing resources and lender connections.
The page includes educational content covering common financing strategies and loan options used for co-living investments.


## Learn About Financing Options
The Finance section provides an introduction to co-living financing, including information about:
* Different loan types
* Financing strategies
* General lending concepts for co-living properties
Users can explore these resources to better understand available financing options before connecting with a lender.


## Browse Recommended Lenders
PadPulse includes a directory of recommended lending partners.
For each lender, you can view:
* States they serve
* Types of loans they offer
* Lending specialties
This information helps you identify lenders that best fit your financing needs.


## Connect With a Lender
To contact a lender:
1. Browse the list of recommended lenders.
2. Select **Connect** for your preferred lender.
3. Enter your contact information.
4. Submit your request.
Once submitted, a connection is created between you and the lender.


## View Your Connections
After connecting with a lender, the conversation appears in the **Connections** section.
The Connections page stores conversations with non-member contacts, including:
* Lenders
* Wholesalers
* Realtors
* Property buyers
* Property sellers
* Other business contacts
This allows you to manage all acquisition-related communications from a single location.


## Important Notes
