# Welcome to the Co Living Vendor Marketplace

## Overview
The Vendor Marketplace allows you to discover and add experienced co-living vendors to your PadPulse account. It serves as a centralized marketplace where hosts can find vendors for services they may not already have in a specific city.
As the marketplace grows, more vendors will become available across different specialties and locations.


## Using the Vendor Marketplace
Navigate to the **Vendor Marketplace** to browse available vendors.
The marketplace is designed to help you find vendors who specialize in co-living operations and can provide services for your properties.


## Browse Vendor Profiles
Each vendor listing includes information to help you evaluate their experience, including:
* Number of jobs completed through PadPulse
* Customer review ratings
* Published service rates
* Vendor specialties
* Photos of previous work
* A business description provided by the vendor

## Add a Vendor to Your Directory
When you find a vendor you'd like to work with:
1. Open the vendor's profile.
2. Select **Add to Vendors**.
The vendor will automatically be added to your Vendor Directory.
The vendor will also receive a notification that they have been added by a new host.


## Assign Tasks to Vendors
Once a vendor has been added to your Vendor Directory, they can be assigned to tasks within PadPulse just like any other vendor.


## Vendor Marketplace Listings
Vendors gain access to the Marketplace after being invited to PadPulse by a host.
They have the option to upgrade their account to create a public marketplace listing, allowing other hosts to discover and hire them.


## Important Notes
* The Vendor Marketplace is focused exclusively on vendors with co-living experience.
* Marketplace listings will continue to grow as more vendors join the platform.
* Vendors must upgrade to a Marketplace listing before they can be discovered by other hosts.
* Adding a vendor automatically places them in your Vendor Directory.
* Vendors receive a notification when they are added by a host.
