PadPulse includes a directory of recommended lending partners.
For each lender, you can view:

  • States they serve
  • Types of loans they offer
  • Lending specialties

This information helps you identify lenders that best fit your financing needs.



Connect With a Lender

To contact a lender:

  1. Browse the list of recommended lenders.
  2. Select Connect for your preferred lender.
  3. Enter your contact information.
  4. Submit your request.

Once submitted, a connection is created between you and the lender.



View Your Connections

After connecting with a lender, the conversation appears in the Connections section.
The Connections page stores conversations with non-member contacts, including:

  • Lenders
  • Wholesalers
  • Realtors
  • Property buyers
  • Property sellers
  • Other business contacts

This allows you to manage all acquisition-related communications from a single location.
