Dashboard
Overview
The Dashboard is the main landing page in PadPulse and provides a centralized view of your portfolio, daily operations, and outstanding tasks. It displays key performance indicators (KPIs), recent activity, reminders, and shortcuts to the areas of the platform that require your attention.
The dashboard is fully customizable, allowing you to rearrange, resize, or hide widgets to match your workflow.
Dashboard Guides
Every page in PadPulse includes a built-in Guide to help explain that section of the platform.
Additionally:
- Most pages include a walkthrough video.
- A blue video icon indicates a walkthrough is available.
- A gray video icon indicates a walkthrough is planned but has not yet been published.
These resources are especially helpful for new users learning the platform.
Portfolio KPIs
The top of the dashboard displays key performance indicators (KPIs) for your portfolio.
Depending on your account and subscription, these may include:
- Occupancy
- Room statistics
- Portfolio summaries
These KPIs provide a quick snapshot of your business without navigating to individual modules.
Team Inbox
The Team Inbox displays incoming communications that require attention.
From the dashboard, you can:
- View new messages.
- Open conversations directly.
- Assign messages to team members.
- Resolve completed conversations.
The Team Inbox serves as a central location for managing communication across your organization.
Note: The Team Inbox widget is fixed and cannot be moved within the dashboard layout.
My Tasks
The dashboard also displays tasks assigned to you.
You can quickly review:
- Open tasks
- Completed tasks
- Tasks requiring attention
- Tasks assigned specifically to you
Selecting a task opens the corresponding record for additional details.
Additional Dashboard Widgets
Depending on your subscription and enabled features, additional dashboard widgets may include:
- Waiting replies
- Draft messages requiring approval
- Pending vendor payments
- Supply requests
- Thermostat health
- Smart lock health
- Financial snapshots
- Buy Box reports
- Acquisitions
- Renovations
- Occupancy metrics
- Connections
- Listing reminders
These widgets provide quick visibility into important activity across the platform.
Customize the Dashboard
You can personalize the dashboard layout to better fit your workflow.
Select Edit Layout to:
- Move dashboard cards.
- Resize widgets.
- Hide widgets you don't need.
- Reorder dashboard sections.
Hidden widgets can be restored at any time.
Restore Hidden Widgets
If you hide a dashboard widget, you can restore it by:
- Opening Edit Layout.
- Selecting Hidden.
- Choosing the widget you want to restore.
If you'd rather start over, select Reset to Default to restore the original dashboard layout.
Next Recommended Step
After becoming familiar with the dashboard, PadPulse recommends visiting My Profile to:
- Complete your account setup.
- Configure Two-Factor Authentication.
- Update your personal preferences.
Important Notes
- The Dashboard is the primary workspace after logging into PadPulse.
- The Team Inbox provides quick access to incoming messages and assignments.
- Dashboard widgets display important operational metrics and shortcuts.
- Most widgets can be moved, resized, hidden, or restored.
- The Team Inbox widget remains fixed in place.
- Dashboard content may vary depending on your subscription plan and enabled features.
- The original dashboard layout can be restored at any time using Reset to Default.
