Overview

The Connections feature is PadPulse's internal messaging hub for networking and collaborating with other users and industry partners. It provides a centralized inbox where you can communicate with lenders, real estate agents, brokers, wholesalers, marketplace buyers, sellers, and other PadPulse hosts.
Instead of managing conversations across multiple platforms, Connections keeps all partner communications in one place.

Access the Connections Inbox

Navigate to Connections to view all of your conversations.
The inbox includes messages with:

• Lenders
• Realtors
• Brokers
• Wholesalers
• Marketplace buyers
• Marketplace sellers
• Other PadPulse hosts

All conversations are organized in a single, centralized location.

Start a Conversation

You can initiate a conversation from several areas within PadPulse.
For example, you can connect with:

• A lender from the Financing section.
• A realtor advertising a property.
• A wholesaler with an active deal.
• A PadPulse host listing a property in the Marketplace.

Once you initiate contact, the conversation is automatically added to your Connections inbox.

Manage Conversations

The Connections inbox allows you to:

• View all active conversations.
• Continue existing message threads.
• Keep communications organized by contact.

This makes it easy to revisit previous discussions without switching between different communication tools.

Use Cases

Connections can help you:

• Find financing partners.
• Connect with real estate professionals.
• Discuss off-market opportunities.
• Contact wholesalers about available deals.
• Communicate with buyers and sellers in the PadPulse Marketplace.
• Network with other PadPulse hosts.

Provide Feedback

If you have suggestions or experience an issue while using Connections, you can submit feedback directly through the Support widget located in the bottom-right corner of the platform.
A built-in platform guide is also available if you need additional assistance.

Important Notes

• Connections serves as a centralized inbox for partner and marketplace communications.
• Conversations can be initiated from multiple areas of the platform, including Financing and the Marketplace.
• Messages with lenders, realtors, wholesalers, brokers, buyers, sellers, and other PadPulse hosts are all managed from one location.
• The Support widget can be used to submit feedback or report issues.
