Properties Dashboard Overview

What Is the Properties View?

The Properties view is your central hub for managing all of your properties. Every property you've created lives here, along with its key details and status information.

What You Can See at a Glance

Each property listing in the dashboard displays the following information:

  • Status — the current state of the property
  • Health — an at-a-glance health indicator for the property
  • Ratings — ratings sourced from the property
  • Listing Links — hover over a property to quickly see where its listings exist and jump directly to them
  • Third-Party Listings — access additional listing details via the third-party listings section
  • Property Group — which group the property belongs to
  • PadSplit ID — the associated PadSplit identifier
  • Last Updated — the date and time any property details were last modified

Filtering and Viewing Options

The dashboard offers several ways to customize your view:

  • Show archived properties — display properties across different statuses, including archived ones
  • Map view — see all your properties plotted on a map
  • Filter by type — hide certain property types to focus only on active properties
  • Trash coverage — check whether a property falls within a trash pickup service zone (part of the Operations service); you can enroll directly from this view
  • Group by property group — view properties organized by their assigned groups
  • Filter or group by state — split the view to show only properties in a specific state, or group all properties by state for a state-level overview

Managing Property Groups

You can create and manage property groups directly from the Properties dashboard. Use this section to organize your portfolio into logical groupings.

Adding Properties

There are three ways to add properties to the dashboard:

  1. Add manually — use the "Add Property" option to create a single property
  2. Bulk Import — use the bulk import/export tool to upload multiple properties or appliances at once. You can download a template, export your existing data, or upload a file
  3. PadSplit Sync (recommended for PadSplit users) — if your properties are already on PadSplit, connect via PadSplit Sync (available in the menu) to automatically sync all your properties in. This avoids duplicates

Note: The bulk import feature is best suited for importing appliances or for properties that are being underwritten or are in early stages not yet visible on PadSplit.
