Overview

Welcome to PadPulse! The platform is designed to help property managers and co-living hosts manage their portfolios through a centralized dashboard with guided onboarding, customizable layouts, and built-in learning resources.
As you explore the platform, you'll find interactive guides, feature walkthroughs, and support tools to help you get started quickly.

Dashboard Overview

After signing in, you'll land on the Dashboard.
The dashboard provides quick access to your most important information and serves as the starting point for navigating the platform.
At the top of the dashboard, you'll see your current Onboarding Stage, which guides you toward the features most relevant to your current goals.

Onboarding Stages

Your selected onboarding stage determines the guidance displayed throughout the platform.
The onboarding stage helps direct you toward the recommended setup process and learning path.
If you dismiss the onboarding panel, you can restore it at any time by:

1. Navigating to My Profile.
2. Updating your onboarding stage or selecting Show Your Help.

Interactive Guides

Most pages throughout PadPulse include a built-in Guide.
These guides explain how each section works and are recommended for new users since PadPulse includes a wide range of features.
Using the guides is the fastest way to become familiar with the platform.

Feature Walkthrough Videos

Many pages also include an explainer video.

• A blue video icon indicates that a walkthrough video is available.
• A gray video icon indicates that a walkthrough has not yet been published and is coming soon.

These videos provide additional guidance for each feature.

Customize Your Dashboard

The dashboard layout is fully customizable.
Select Edit Layout to:

• Rearrange dashboard cards.
• Resize cards.
• Hide cards you don't use.
• Preview your changes before saving.

If you want to restore the original layout, select Reset to Default.
Some dashboard cards may not appear depending on your subscription plan.
For example, Research accounts only display features available within that plan.

Complete Your Profile

After your first login, PadPulse recommends visiting My Profile to complete your account setup.
From your profile, you can:

• Configure Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
• Update personal account settings.
• Configure additional profile preferences.

Get Help

If you need assistance while using PadPulse, select the Help widget located in the bottom-right corner of the platform.
From the Help widget, you can:

• Browse frequently asked questions (FAQs).
• Contact the PadPulse Support team.
• Receive assistance from a team member.

• The Dashboard is the primary starting point after logging in.
• Your onboarding stage determines the guidance shown throughout the platform.
• Interactive guides are available on most pages.
• Blue video icons indicate available feature walkthroughs.
• The dashboard layout can be customized and reset at any time.
• Available dashboard widgets vary depending on your subscription plan.
• PadPulse recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication during initial account setup.
• The Help widget provides access to FAQs and customer support.
